Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m. Next Business Day.

We will ship any basket same day if we receive the order before 2pm P.S.T, Monday-Friday (except for legal holidays).
We cannot ship packages to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or FPO Boxes - therefore, we cannot accept any orders going to such addresses.
To ensure prompt delivery, please be certain that the "Ship To" information you enter is accurate. You are responsible for providing the accurate and complete shipping address, including the gift recipient’s name, street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number, if applicable, and zip code. We can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us.
Shipping times are estimated and we cannot guarantee shipment times as we cannot control delays caused by UPS. We will not refund shipping costs due to delays beyond our control.
We can ship anywhere within United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. This may require additional shipping fees.
Although we will try our best to meet your delivery date requirements, during peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS. Please allow additional time for shipping during the holidays. Moreover, please note that each shipping option does not include weekend or holiday delivery.
Changes in Shipping Information- If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed or the shipping address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately by calling 818-571-4600 and we will do our best to make the change if the order has not been in the hands of the courier. If the gift has already been picked up by the Courier Company, orders may not be cancelled at that time. Once product has shipped, we cannot re-call the item back from the shipper. Please note that the shipping charges may change based on your new shipping address provided.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and destination.
Exchange & Return Policy
If your gift basket arrives damaged, we will not send a replacement basket but issue you a full refund for the gift basket (including shipping charges).
If you are unsatisfied with the gift you ordered and would like a refund, we require the original gift received be returned to us intact within 5 business days and in the original box. IN that case shipping charges will not be refunded. If the contents of the gift have been removed we reserve the right to deny a full refund. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If you would like to ship internationally please pay close attention to the shipping charges and allow between 4-6 weeks.

Cancellation Policy
If your item is in stock, it will ship within 24 hours of order. You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by calling us at (818) 571-4600 or submitting a Cancellation Request comment within each individual order you have placed with TinyHugsGifts.com. However, if your shipment is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.
